An open-plan studio.

The kitchen, dining counter and living area share one bright room. In the evening, the sofa opens into a bed for two. There’s a separate bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Opatija Riviera.

Lovran is on the Opatija Riviera, with Učka Nature Park in the hills behind it. Along the coast, the Lungomare connects Lovran with Opatija and Volosko.

My local recommendations

  • Walk the Lungomare

    My first recommendation: follow the coast from Lovran towards Opatija. The full Lungomare runs 12 km from Lovran to Volosko.

  • Delfino, Lovran

    A local restaurant I recommend for its homemade bread, fried squid, fish and grilled dishes.

  • Lovranski Pub, Lovran

    For a drink and an evening out in Lovran.

  • Restaurant Roko, Opatija

    My recommendation when you want to treat yourself to dinner in Opatija.

How many people can stay?

The studio accommodates up to two guests. It is an open-plan space with a sofa bed, rather than a separate bedroom.

When can we check in and out?

Check-in is between 15:00 and 23:00. Please let the host know your arrival time in advance. Check-out is by 10:00.

Is the apartment accessible without stairs?

The apartment is on an upper floor, reached by stairs. There is no lift, so please keep this in mind when planning your stay.

What are the house rules?

Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 20:00 to 10:00. Children are welcome, but the studio has no cots or extra beds and accommodates a maximum of two guests.
